Is Reshma Beauty Henna 100% Natural? What is the difference between Reshma Beauty Classic Henna Hair Color and Reshma Beauty 30 Min Henna Hair Color?
A. Reshma Beauty has a Classic Henna Hair Color line and also, a 30 Min Henna Hair Color Collection. The Reshma Beauty Classic Henna Hair Color is 100% natural, meaning NO ammonia, peroxide, or other harmful chemicals have been added to these products. Our classic line carries five colors: Original, Dark Chocolate, Playful Plum, Raven Black, Rouge and Classic Toffee. While the Original Classic Henna has no additional coloring added to it, all the other shades of the classic line are colors that come from vegetable and fruit extract. Since the Classic Henna Hair Colors are 100% natural – we recommend leaving it in the mixture on our hair for 3-4 hours for maximum coloring & conditioning.
The Reshma Beauty 30 Min Henna Hair Color, on the other hand, was created for those who are on a time crunch and need a quick color turnaround. Like the Classic line, the 30 min henna hair color also contains natural henna but it also includes active catalysts in order to speed up the process and give you a vibrant, deep color. The Reshma Beauty 30 Min Henna Hair Color collection has nine colors: Natural Black, Natural Dark Brown, Natural Light Brown, Natural Burgundy, Natural Wine Red, Natural Violet, Natural Midnight Blue, Natural Chestnut and Natural Highlights.

How do I store an open package of henna?
A. Henna can be kept up to one year, as long as it is stored in an airtight container, such as a Tupperware dish or Ziploc bag, in a dry, cool place.
How to reverse pre-mature graying? / How do I cover my grays? / Why is my hair turning gray?
A. Hair doesn’t actually “turn” gray. Once a hair follicle produces hair, the color is set. If a single strand ofhair grows out brown or red or blonde, it is never going to turn gray, overnight. Gray hair grows gray from theroot. This is what happens. Your hair follicles produce less colors as they age so when hair goes through its natural cycle of dying and being regenerated, it’s more likely to grow in as gray, depending on many factors, like age, stress, genetics, vitmain B12 deficiency, thyroid imbalance and other illnesses. In this day and age especially – pre-mature graying is becoming very common. Lifestyle choices like smoking, lack of nutrition, pressures of work are all contributors to this condition. While making those adjustments is crucial to restoring healthy hair and skin, here’s what you can do in the mean time, if graying is affecting your self-esteem and morale.

How much Henna should I use?
A. If your hair is thick and below shoulder length – we recommend using the entire pack of (1.1 oz) Reshma Beauty 30 Min Henna Hair Color. However, if your hair is above shoulder length, half a pack should be enough. If you are using henna solely for the purposes of touching up your roots, then ¼ of the pack would be sufficient and you can save the rest for your next round of touch ups but feel free to add more to the mixture if you feel you need more coverage.

How to use the Reshma Beauty 30 Min Henna Hair Color?
A. Here’s how you can use our 30 min hennahair color. Pour thehenna powder into a bowl and add enough water to it, till you reach a paste-like consistency. We like to add the Reshma Henna Infused Oils and a mashed avocado to this mixture, for added moisture. You can also mix in the Reshma Henna Infused Deep Conditioning Mask since it already has the best of nature’s offerings, like avocado, aloe vera, chamomile, henna etc. All of these ingredients will help strengthen and thicken the hair. Make sure the mixture is not too runny so it is easy to spread on your hair. If you pick the Reshma 30 min Henna Hair Color, then you simply let it sit for 30 – 45 mins. Then, rinse well till water runs clear, followed by shampoo and conditioner. For best results, we recommend using the sulfate & paraben-free Reshma Beauty Henna Shampoo and Conditioner. For stubborn grays, we suggest leaving henna in for 50 mins to an hour prior to rinsing.

Can I mix colors?
A. Yes. You can mix colors within the same category. For example, you can mix two different shades of Reshma Beauty 30 Min Henna Hair Color, however, we do not recommend mixing Reshma Beauty 30 Min Henna Hair Color with Reshma Beauty Classic Henna Hair Color since the former takes 30-40 mins to show results, whereas the latter takes 3-4 hours, as it is all-natural. Please note: while the Reshma Beauty Natural Highlights is grouped along with Reshma Beauty 30 Min Henna Hair Colors – it is all natural and takes 3-4 hours to show results.
Can I use Reshma Beauty Henna Hair Color on facial/body hair like my eyebrows?
A. Although Reshma Beauty Henna Hair Color can be used on the body for beautiful henna art/tattoo, we do not recommend the use of henna on the face especially the eyebrows or the eyelashes as it may drip into the eye and cause eye irritation or infection.

Can I use the Reshma Beauty skincare products to take off my make up?
A. Yes, you can use any of our face washes to remove your make up. We recommend doing a double cleanse to get rid of heavy, oily make-up. You can also do a first exfoliating cleanse with our Turmeric Ubtan Face Mask, followed by any of our face washes or bar soaps. For best results, please use the Reshma Beauty Rose water toner and the Reshma Beauty Turmeric Cream to balance the pH levels of your skin.

How do I use the Turmeric Ubtan Face Mask?
A. Infused with Sandalwood and Gram Flour, the Reshma Beauty Ubtan Face Mask is an all-natural mask (in powder form) that helps exfoliate the pores, and remove deep rooted dead skin cells, impurities and other pollutants that clog up our skin and cause breakouts. For oily skin types, we recommend mixing 1-2 tbps of the Reshma Ubtan Face Mask, with Reshma Rosewater, or milk.
